Who publishes this website, who runs the apps it distributes, who hosts it all, and how to reach a person about any of it.

Publisher

This website and the apps listed on it are published by Douglas Lassance, an individual trading under his own name, based in Los Angeles, California, United States. There is no company behind it and no staff. Douglas Lassance is also the person responsible for everything on the site.

No street address or telephone number is published here, because the business runs from a home and has neither a public office nor a business line. If a court, a regulator, or a rights holder needs a postal address, ask for it using the contact details below and it will be given.

Use the contact form, which reaches me directly and is the route to use for anything formal. Write your own email address into it and my reply comes back to you there.

Hosting

The site, its API, and the storage behind app downloads all run on Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which is therefore the host of this website.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, artwork, icons, screenshots, and app names on this site are mine, except where something is credited to someone else. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to say what an app works with. The apps themselves are licensed rather than sold, under the terms of service.

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, write to the address above with enough detail to find the material and to know who you are, and I will look at it and act promptly if you are right.

Personal data

Douglas Lassance is the data controller for whatever personal data this site and its API handle, which is very little. What is collected and why is set out in the privacy policy, and requests about your own data go to the same contact address.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. It is published in the form European and other non-US visitors expect to find, because they are welcome here too.
